When my kitchen sink blocked up and water wouldn't drain, l called Gravity Plumbing and Heating. A plumber named Matt came. It turned out that the blockage was a long way into the drain pipe and he had to keep adding lengths of the "snake". He kept at it and finally was able to push it through. The problem was a lint build-up over many years from the clothes washer. The whole procedure took about two hours and during that time, he worked very hard and kept reassuring me that it would be O.K. He was very professional and polite. I would highly recommend Matt and Gravity Plumbing and Heating.

The guys did a great job installing our new heating and cooling system. They were on time when the day came to install everything, as I needed to leave by a certain time, so I could let them in.
Our dogs were barking every time they came in the front door, and the guys weren’t even phased. While I apologized continuously they didn’t complain, and worked on.
Cameron and Paul were very thorough when explaining the new thermostat, how to use the app on my phone, and were even able to move the thermostat to a better more heat efficient place in the house.
Ryan was thorough and patient when it came to the process of figuring out what unit would be best for our house. Plus both he and the office staff were on hand to walk me through the finance process with any questions I had.
