I always frequent the Brockville Oil Changers, which in my opinion are the best! This location is extremely slow, customer service was garbage, we waited over 30 mins to get into a bay, and there were only.3 cars ahead of us, and they were running three Bays! I saw the employees just walking around , avoiding their jobs while the lot was.full of potential customers. Many cars left while we waited. This location should get trained by the brockville crew, they might be more efficient.
