I suspect they just have more customers than they can service. I actually had good experiences with them in past years for control of worms but this year they just decided to not show up despite having prepaid in February.
I finally gave up waiting and hired someone who can service the trees today.

We needed some dead branches and some encroaching branches from another tree trimmed. The team that came (Johnny, Terry, Dan, Tim & Richie) were very professional and they did a great job. They checked with us during the work to ensure we were satisfied with each step and the cleanup was well done. We have used other tree services over the years given our mature lot but we will definitely use Green Drop again.
