I went in for a new windshield wiper blades. My vehicle requires a specific fixture for the wipers. I asked if they had the proper wipers and they assured me they did. They asked if I wanted an oil change while I was there. I said sure, if you are already replacing the wipers then might as well get an oil change. They told me it would be 20 minutes. 45 minutes later they temporarily lost my keys, and then informed me they didn’t have the wipers but already did the oil change (that I never asked for in the first place.) Then they overcharged me. They are predatory and incompetent. Stay away.
