I hired Daniel and his team to install tile in my home, after installation, I arrived home to find at least 9 tiles with small chips that were very visible. Tile near my front door step were not replaced and are still the old brown tile, while the inside is grey. I found that my stove was not reconnected, and then I found out why, someone had tried to force on the hose to the gas nozzle which caused it to become stripped. I also had to replace the hose. The workers dumped their muddy white water on a bush outside the front of my house leaving it stained white, and in my back yard left the muddy white water from the grout thrown about causing a huge mess. I had initially texted Daniel twice the day after installation to let him know of the chipped tiles, he advised he would send his guys back to replace the chipped tiles a few days later, I had no contact from him after that and all my attempts to schedule an appointment were flat out ignored. I had no way of inquiring about the stove connections since he was not responding to my messages about the tile. I had read the reviews for GTI Floor Coverings LLC before hiring them and read reviews that looked promising and great. I am deeply saddened that the reviews listed did not reflect the true nature of workmanship or the integrity of this business. I would not recommend this business and plan on leaving my reviews on every platform available to warn others of this terrible service. BEWARE AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE GHOSTED AND INGNORED.
