After not even 2 years the wall mount Lennox heat pump purchased from Habitation AC is not working. We have called and emailed several times and even sent a registered letter but they do not respond. After hiring another company we were informed that there is a defective motor and a freon leak. We had to pay $600 for the repairs. Habitation AC has still not replied. Mrs Rosa is great to pressure you into making a purchased, but there is definitely no after sales service and they do not respond to you. Very negative about this company. Beware as they are listed on Hydro and Lennox as a reputable distributor but they definitely not that at all.
