I recently purchased a rental property in Syracuse and needed a reliable, responsible, and financially reasonable property manager. After several calls, many companies were not accepting new clients. I called Halston J. Associations and spoke with Jianni whom was very reassuring that my property's needs would be met and he understood my vision! There was renovation needed, Jianni and his team did an awesome job getting the place into livable conditions in a timely manner as well as keeping the cost down. I also ran into another issue where the boilers needed to be replaced. Jianni and his team searched the best deals in town for the furnaces and the job was completed the next day.
