Harbour Collision did an amazing job on my car. Tino and his team are friendly and courteous and give great customer service. They even cleaned up my foggy looking headlights and made them sparkle! I highly recommend their business.
Although I had received EXCELLENT help and service from Fred, who is one of their drivers, TODAY when I called, having sustained SERIOUS injuries requiring MULTIPLE hospitals and multiple visits, I was yelled at by their female RECEPTIONIST!! She made me feel like an inconvenience and as though I was 3 years old!!! That meaning as though I didn't have the cognitive ABILITIES to process 100 percent of what she SAID, WITHOUT NEED for her to REPEAT it at least THREE TIMES!!
The situation is not your TYPICAL collision. My insurance company (Co-operators) dropped the ball from the MOMENT I called the 24 hour EMERGENCY Claims Reporting Centre!! Is that MY fault?? No it WASN'T. So, to have the receptionist then YELL at me, be condescending to me, and treat me like an idiot, was HORRIFIC!! I told her I was on my way to yet ANOTHER hospital visit. She wasn't even LISTENING! If she HAD been, she would have been decently SYMPATHETIC towards me! All she did was add INSULT to INJURY, and serious injuries have already occurred, leaving me in horrific pain. I was simply CALLING to find out WHY their tow truck driver Fred, had NOT towed my Mercedes to the Mercedes dealership as he was instructed to do BY ME!! For assessment. Which is my right as a Mercedes OWNER if my Mercedes is involved in an accident!! He was supposed to do it yesterday and told me he would. It isn't MY JOB to be calling all over the place to find out where my car is, and WHY it wasn't brought to the dealership I specified I wanted it taken to, on the DAY I was promised it would be taken there!!! Yet apparently is IS my job..... Geezus..... Then to have this woman YELLING at me??? What a horrible experience. She ought to have some specialized TRAINING on how to be more empathetic to CUSTOMERS who get INJURED in COLLISIONS or ACCIDENTS like I was. All I felt like after our interaction, who like a piece of trash... That my time is not just as valuable as HERS is.
