Messed up my hair with the colour. Everyone friendly but they don't know how to do blond highlights / balyage hair for people that have dark black hair. ….they will tell you then can just so then they can tell you later after everything is done that they don’t use harsh chemical to get to the blonde you want/ asked for, and it will take a couple processes t get it to that blonde . I never had a problem with my hair getting to the blonde i want and never have had to go through many processes …….i honest want my money back but are they going to do that… No they are no … waste of time and money .i grew my hair out for 3 year just to get it all messed up right before the holiday .Now i have to wear a hat every wear I go… if this was a job they were proud of they would post it on their social media, but i can tell in their faces they knew they messed up.
