Unbelievably disappointing!
Arrived at our vacation home rented a home by Haustay on Air BnB. The accommodation we terrible and did not represent what we rented based on the pictures.
We reached out to Haustay, they refunded our money, but offered no assistance in locating another property, nor offered any $$ for our inconvenience.
We arrived late after a long flight from DC, only to have to scramble to find a place to stay for the night, and for the rest our trip. No place to post pictures.

Upon receiving your complaint, we promptly offered a full refund to compensate for the inconvenience caused. We understand that scrambling for accommodation late into the evening after a tiring travel day is far from ideal, and we apologize for any additional stress this may have caused.
Regarding your request for additional compensation, we carefully considered your concerns but ultimately found it unreasonable to provide further reimbursement beyond the full refund offered. However, we want to emphasize that our decision was in no way a reflection of indifference but rather a careful consideration of our policies and the circumstances.
We have also taken your feedback regarding the property into account. We replaced the chairs mentioned in your review to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests. We strive to continuously improve our accommodations based on guest feedback, and we appreciate your input in this regard.
