We have two rental properties in Hayward that we have managed ourselves for many years. A recent vacancy in one of the rentals prompted me to check into property management services. Of the three services I contacted, HPM was the most responsive, and answered all of my questions without judgement. We decided to use HPM for management of this property. I could not be happier. The process of signing up with them was easy. Once the home was renovated, repaired, and cleaned, we turned it over to HPM. Within six days, Matt had an acceptable applicant, and three days later they moved in. Yesterday I received our first statement. Wow, it documents everything and integrates payments in/out as well as having maintenance requests on statements.
The website is awesome, with portals for various acts. It is easy to use, accurate, and concise.
In addition, Matt has been very patient with us. After 30+ years of managing this property ourselves, letting go a bit has been a process.
I very much appreciate Matt and HPM and am so glad we decided to do this!
