So after learning my in laws will not receive any damage deposit back or even the interest. The house was cleaned top to bottom, carpets cleaned multiple times. They fixed up the yard with grass and flowers. Did I mention we needed to clean before they moved in. This rental company is a disgrace, they lived 20 years in their last home and got the full damage back. Wouldn’t let them stay while they did the final inspection, won’t give a break down of what the damages are. Such scammers. You’re all real nice when someone comes to rent from you but turn into assholes when have to move out. Seniors who were model tenants and took pride in keeping the property maintained. This fight isn’t over, landlord and tenant act and lawyers will be involved. You will give this back to them!!
