I was so impressed with Chloe! My cut and color were perfect and she made sure I left with exactly the color I wanted even though that meant spending a bit of extra time and making adjustments. My hair is pretty fragile and breaks easily so I was pretty nervous to get it dyed but she had great suggestions for treatments to protect my hair and it feels way better than it did before despite being dyed!
I have been a client at HEARTWOOD for almost 2 years and love my stylist.
Recently, I emailed to reschedule an appointment Saturday afternoon for an appointment at 11am on Tuesday. My reason for having to change the appointment was due to childcare matter. The receptionist contacted me the following day to offer some options to which I said I would need to review and confirm. I advised I needed to check in to see if I could find care for the appointment times being offered and would confirm.
I received a call this morning (Tuesday) asking if I would be able to make my appointment today even though I was clear in my email and telephone conversation that I wouldn’t be able to attend.
I was informed that I would be charged a “last minute cancellation fee” which is 50% of a hair cut because I didn’t confirm or clarify the date I was rescheduling to.
Super disappointing at how I was treated and I can’t get behind this type of service model. Will not be returning.
