the man just left and I'm very satisfied with the work so far. he was neat and on time. he cleaned up after himself and explained what he was doing as he went along. he provided and installed all the working parts on my existing old garage door opener and stayed until the work was done, after his normal working hours.. the unit he installed is well guaranteed. I would call for any problems in the future.
