after teaching 4 sculpt classes that day i wanted hot pilates. i called and they informed me it would be a warm up standing and then use of some equiptment. but it was hot pilates class

gliders - is it 2005?

not impressed. not very hot. it was not the advertised class and it had very little cueing.

go to anywhere but there. power yoga great. modo yoga but not this place not there

wasted my time
my money and energy
