They absolutely failed us. They neglected to inspect our upper hvac system. Too lazy to get up into the ample space attic to bother. This was an inspection of a million+ home. They took no photos of the system just noted what kind it was. When I had spring service after purchase the system was found to be a total disaster- gas leak, duck tape repairs, no main filter, completely rusted and corroded. Was told it could’ve been catastrophic if that leak wasn’t found. Had to replace the entire thing. Home inspector took no responsibility for it. Wouldn’t even discuss it. Stay far away. They cost us a fortune.
