In Aug. 2023, INA Motors in Victoria replaced my daughter’s rear brake calipers in her 2016 Honda Civic. The after-market calipers would still not function properly, even after a new actuator was replaced. The straight-forward fix was turning into a costly nightmare. The emergency brake was inoperable with warning lights flashing on the dashboard, but the car was brought to the Honda Dealership after paying INA over $1,890 (but including oil change and tire rotation too). Honda ultimately had to replace the defective calipers (and the opposite non-functioning actuator now) with proper OEM calipers. They indicated that the after-market calipers installed by INA were not winding and unwinding properly and catching on the piston. We tried to return the defective after-market calipers to INA with an explanation from Honda, but they refused to refund their cost.
