After having housekeepers planned to work at our hotel since January. As we had a complete turnover of rooms, in one day. The night before I receive an email, not a phone call. If I had not checked my email that evening, I would have had no idea until morning. This is what it said.
So, I suggest if you need to count on support help, do not count on them.
