I wanted to leave a positive review for all of the technicians that have come to help us solve the issues with our tankless water heater. Recently, we had technician Nathan Seefried come to the house and finally resolve our issues. We were very happy to be able to swap out our old tankless for an updated model and hopefully resolve the problems we've been encountering for 3 years now. Nathan was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products and installation. He made some great recommendations and answered all of our questions. Here's a shout out to all the technicians and the customer service representatives that I spoke to as well.
