First off the positives, smells great in there, nice and clean, very friendly staff, no complaints on that front. But here's the negative, so I purchased a spray tan on the day it was on special, but couldn't get the tan that day because they were out of the solution. I was leaving in a week for a vacation and wanted the tan before I left. The solution did not arrive in time therefore I wasn't able spray tan for my vacation. Today I went in and asked for a refund, even though I know they don't give refunds, because it wasn't through any fault of my own that I wasn't able to get the spray tan and I didn't want one anymore. The owner went to the till opened it up and pulled out the money and handed it to me. I thanked her for being kind enough to refund me and I thought that was it but then she said, "that's fine but you won't be able to book a spray tan here ever again". Excuse me, what.?? I was so taken aback I didn't say anything, but I have thought about it since and feel that comment was completely unnecessary, and rather rude. If she didn't want to refund me all she had to do was say so and I was going to ask if I could pass it on to somebody else. I have no intentions of going back for a spray tan but for her to say that to me was so uncalled for. I definitely won't ever go back there to use their tanning beds either now.
