I don't give reviews lightly ( if ever).
However I felt that the above and beyond excellent service I recently received from Stirlng the Jack's Towing driver recently needed to be acknowledged. I had made a very unwise decision to test my van's "off-roading " capabilities that landed the vehicle and myself stuck in deep snow. Stirlng went above and beyond his work responsibilities to do everything he could to pull me out of the stuck mess I had gotten myself into (I will add the degree of patience he exhibited as I in a very stressed mode didn't help the situation). Not only did he extricate my Van from the snow, after getting my van and myself to a safe location he went above and beyond and meticulously clean out the packed snow lodged in the wheel wells so that I could drive home safely.
All I can say is if you are concerned about your Mother's or daughters ever needing a safe, curtious, go above and beyond tow service, I highly recommend Jack's Towing Service, especially Stirlng though I would expect all their drivers to be excellent.
Stirlng ( and Jack's Towing) again I say Thank You!
