We feel very lucky to have this wonderful veterinary clinic a relatively short walk away. We’ve been using them for regular canine health checks since moving to the area 3 years’ ago. As our dear dog ages, now 17.6 years and counting, more issues keep arising. All of them presenting different challenges. What a kind, caring, knowledgable, helpful and flexible staff are on board. All we came across devoted to making the best decision for one’s pet, whatever might be going on with it: major or minor. Our girl is now as mended as she can be. We’ve visited more times in the past 3 weeks than I’d have ever dreamed possible. Always greeted with warmth, and kindness. And there were a couple of emergency appointments that Kate and Bev fitted in with terrier-like determination. It made all the difference to the outcome I’m sure. Some wonderful doctors: Kevin, Rachel, and assistants, Lori, Ariel and a couple more besides, sorry the names escape me, who were reassuring, devoted and so good at explaining and making recommendations. Thank you JBVC. You really are one of the very best.
