I had applied with 3 other mortgage brokers seeking mortgage approval and told the same thing every time, 20% down, you are not insurable. My file had some challenges to it but I had great credit and the finances to back up the deal. I was extremely frustrated with the process. My real estate agent, Tracy Escander, recommended Jason Anbara and his team saying, they have magic hands, if they can't get you approved, no one will. Jason was very encouraging and gave me hope I could be approved. He assigned his assistant Christian Arcand to the file. Christian was amazing and really took the time to understand the file before approaching any lender. He researched and asked a thousand questions and it paid off.
