After the Tornados in Tallahassee on 10 May, we were charged $15K to remove a fallen tree leaning on my house and remove parts of a pine tree which came through the roof. They were supposed to bring a crane but instead, cut the fallen tree in half, tied a rope to it and pulled it off the roof causing over $1000 in damage to my house and lawn. When someone showed up a few days later to take pictures of their work, my wife walked him around to show him the damage....needless to say we have not heard one word from them since.
Also...they didn't even bring a ladder. We had to climb through the downed trees in our back yard to get our ladder from the shed for them to use.
