Well, I come here a lot, last 20 + years, our company has a fleet service here ( even when it was Pennzoil) and never had a bad experience unit today.
I'm not sure what this female "service tech" Emily attitude this morning, to ask a simple question, she was being very Kurt as she "muffles" under her breath and speaks condescending ways as she walks away.
This is a terrible way to treat a "lifelong" customer , regards less if YOUR having a bad day.

I have decided to move my business elsewhere.
