I have used JM Towing for a few years now because Miguel is the best. Until today.

My car wouldn't start in the Walmart parking lot in Evergreen Park IL. I called Miguel for a Tow, he informed me it will be an hour or so. I responded that I'm OK with that because he has best services on the south side.

Well, my car started right when one of his employees came. I called Miguel to tell him my car just started and I could drive it home. I'm only 10 minutes away from home and, if I can pay his driver something else other than I was going to pay for the tow! Miguel then States how he had to do a lot moving around to get to me" I didn't want to jeopardize our customer to owner relationship because he is fair or at least most of the time so, I paid what he asked for the tow. I would have agreed to paying half the tow price because he always been good to me.

I must say I was really disappointed this time. Never the less, JM TOWING is still the first tow company I'm calling when I need a tow.
