I needed tree work (pruning huge old oak trees and cutting down dead or overgrown trees).
I carefully researched local tree service providers. JNP’s website was clear, easy to navigate and the focus was on safety.
OwnerJose Ruiz answered my inquiry the same day and visited to give an estimate the next day. The proposed contract accurately reflected our agreed work to be done and pricing.
Work began 2 days later. The team arrived on time (8am) and completed the work on schedule (2 days). Jose was here the first day with his team. They were all polite, friendly and professional. When Jose was off-site, I directed questions to Jayson who was also great. They followed through on all my requests.
On completion, JNP cleaned our whole yard. Jose asked me to be sure all the agreed work was finished before I made final payment.
Everything met or exceeded my expectations.
I could not have hoped for a better experience than I found with JNP Tree Removal.
