Hello everyone,

I recently had a terrible experience at this clinic, and I’m seeking advice on how to file a formal complaint.

I initially booked an appointment with a reputed professional at the clinic, expecting a high standard of care. However, upon arrival, the practitioner handed over my treatment to their assistant, who was clearly not experienced or qualified enough for the task. Unfortunately, due to the assistant’s lack of professionalism and skill, I suffered severe complications that eventually led to my being hospitalized.

What made the situation worse was that when I informed the clinic about the incident, they showed no concern or responsibility regarding the harm caused. I was left feeling neglected and unsupported during an already distressing time.

If anyone has experience in filing complaints against such practices or knows the proper legal steps to take, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. I’m eager to ensure that no one else goes through the same ordeal.
