Don't even want to give them a star... called today (April 5th 2024) asking if they had any availability to get my small truck in sometime soon for a brake job. Rotors & pads replaced and to also check my calipers. The man on the phone said "Sorry we don't do that this time of the year" what the fuck?! Do brake jobs only fucking happen in the summer, fall or winter? Then they proceeded to put me on hold for 30minutes. Guy on the phone was named Mehdi I believe, terrible customer service.
