I have been a client for more than 15 years. Like most business, KDM has a few good people and a lot of marginal. It starts at the top. The owner/manager is a 3 monkeys type of manager. This leads to a lot of placating conversation that are rarely followed up on. Promises without actions.

One great manager worked with us for a long time. Very professional, organized, knowledge person. She responded as quickly as practical to requests. LIke anyone, she had her flaws. But they are easy to deal with.

Then, was replaced by a novice who demonstrates they require training and guidance. Frequently, does not understand business etiquette. Then gets very offended when the correct protocol is presented to her. Should I client have to teach the service provider? Owner/manager thinks this is fine. money saver I assume? Other times, becomes a I know better type. That is not easy to deal with. Frequently, this person forgets who works for who.
