Paul is very knowledgeable, professional and personal. He responds to communication in a timely manner. He manages to accommodate appointments in cases where there are multiple people to coordinate. He welcomes home owners to accompany him and speaks about his findings at the time. His reports are thorough and timely and he offers his assistance if needed following the inspection.
