I hate the way this business is run. First they said they would be here in 25 minutes, but it took nearly 90 minutes before they showed up. We figured that the $120 initial fee would include something as simple as changing this basic lock, but after he pried it open, he said that changing the lock would be additional to the initial fee. That's ridiculous and we certainly weren't going to pay another $100 or $200 for that. Don't be fooled by these crooks!!!
