Just called for a routine maintenance and the timing could not have been better. The day before the technician was scheduled to come, I noticed water leaking from the Carrier unit in our furnace room. I knew a pipe must be blocked, but what timing. Jean-François Normand was the ideal person to have. Here's why.:

After checking the leak issue and installing a clear plastic p-trap so I could see any debris building up, he checked the unit outside and by chance discovered a small pinhole leak caused by a pipe vibrating against another pipe. He was able to solve the problem, top up the gas lost and thoroughly clean the Carrier unit outside. A true professional who explained what he was doing along the way and worked tirelessly and efficiently. A true professional and a terrific spokesperson for Klimfax. I would have this guy service our system any time!
