I've had good service so far, except today. My appointment for stich removal was at 10:00 am. I arrived and checked in on time. The reception room filled and emptied not once, but twice. One man came in and announced his appointment was at 10:30. He was called back and left while I was still waiting. After waiting 45 minutes I asked why I had not been called. I was told there was only one nurse. I was finally called after waiting almost an hour, it took 8 minutes to remove my stiches from being called to leave time. Apparently, poor office staff planning is justification for ignoring my appointment. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
