Very unprofessional. Did not follow any of the steps outlined on their website. The guy was there for 10 minutes, left 4 mouse bait stations, did not clean or sanitize anything ot do a thorough inspection of the building/cause of entry as stated on their website and charged $325+HST. I would not recommend this service.
