The lady at the customer service is so arrogant and rude that she will not even give an approximate day or month as to when they can come out and provide a quote. When I tried to get the Owner’s contact info …. She says “Owner has no time” …. She won’t even give Owner’s email. It seems that they have too much business and do not care for new clients. People who need to sell their properties work under a timeline and cannot be waiting for months. This was horrible experience. Stay away from this company if you want to implement your plans and avoid mental harassment.
