Laser Hair Removal Med Spa

The worse experience ever. I bought an unlimited bikini area hair removal, it supposed to be end when no hair grows anymore, but it never happened. So almost 2 years from it started I will still have hair on the area but I was keeping going there, with hope it finally work one day. But the owner started been rude, asking if my hair was really growing ( what she could see it and of course yes because otherwise why I would keep going there) . So at last time I been there she said let’s increase the laser intensity, so I asked why it was not done yet? And she answered it is not necessary for the results. So I asked so why are you saying to do that rigth now, anyway I said go ahead if you think that is safe for my skin, and she was looking at a manual about colors and laser intensity and was not sure what was my skin color after 2 years after. That is unbelievable, she clearly don’t know what she is doing there. She also said I was not a client that she needed so if I would like stop coming that would be fine (of course I am not a client who keep paying more to see the results because the agreement we had). So the end, she offered give back me only half I paid which I should not accept because the correct at least was she give me back full refound because I had no results at all after almost 2 years. But I also did not wanted waste more my time and where be treats badly. I could insue her for all that bad situation and for she said ask for full refund is called stealing. But maybe warn the others about that works better. She blocked me on Instagram, but that’s good have this reviews page. Big time wasted and money on the trash !!! Plus the such stressfull. Be away this place!
