As others have indicated, absolutely terrible customer service. They towed my truck 236 KM as a CAA contract. The driver was quite good but the owner is a belligerents, sarcastic, rude individual who is ill-equipped to deal with the public. He berated me for calling him to inquire when the driver was arriving, after he had not arrived on time. He finally showed up, more than 2 hours late. It was not his fault but the owner's. I was stuck at an off the grid, boat in remote cottage with no cell service. I was able to find someone with a working phone and relied on him to contact this company. If you have a choice, do not give them your business. I have passed on my concerns to CAA. Perhaps they will do something about this and review their contract with Le Towing.
