Today i had my seasonal tire change on my 2019 Tahoe. All 4 of my summer tires are damaged in the bid line of the tire and the rims are gouge in the same location of the tire damage. When I spoke to the front desk employee, he stated it probably happened with their shovel that helps break the bid of the tire. The Assistant manager talk to me and was very dismissive of the damage to my rims and tires. He acted like he didn’t care and told me I had to fill out a damage claim with their insurance. After talking to the Assistant manager, I was very happy to file a damage claim with your company. He did not want to take any pictures of the damages for his records. And stated, “we have our own videos.” I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I have been a very loyal customer for almost 20 years and never been dismissed like this.
