Less Stress Moving Solutions

I usually do good reviews not that I never had bad experiences in the past but why waist time on this. It was my thought. I know now it’s important to do it even when it’s bad because if people make them only when it’s good it gives a false score.
Here is my story, I sold my house and bought another one in January. My possession date was February 26 and the possession date of the new owner was February 27 not a lot of time in between but I didn’t had any choice. I contacted Less Stress moving and they came to assess what they would have to move on January 31st. I received an email the same day with the estimated cost and we had a deal they were moving us on February 26 and would be there sometime around 1:00 or 2:00 o’clock. On February 23 I sent an email to confirm the move on Monday 26. I received a reply that everything is fine they will be there as agreed. The day arrived, with a snowstorm so go out to shovel. 10:16am I received a call form Less stress moving advising me they can’t move me. I told them you can’t do that the new owner is taking possession tomorrow at 9:00 am. I have to be out of here. I insisted they couldn’t leave us my daughter and I just like that then they said they would call back. When he called me back I told him if you have to come at 2:00am it’s fine I was open to anything his offer was 7:00 am only. It didn’t make sense to me I knew they couldn’t do that in 2 hours it’s a 3 bedrooms house with a garage the estimate they send they had figured 6:50 hours. Honestly when he was talking I could feel he couldn’t care less and my trust was gone I had to find a solution I finally found some good peoples whom were not scared of snow to come and help us my daughter and I. By the way we met our realtor at 11:00am we drove to meet her and taxis buses everything was running. We are in Saskatchewan if you can’t make moving in winter…
Less stress moving left us stranded and today they have the nerf to call and ask me to pay for there boxes. It was the cherry on the sundae they owe me a year of my life the STRESS they put me through that day is worth more than that. They never at least tried to come up with a solution. No the just called 3 hours before our time to move. If I could rate them minus 5 I would.
