Had my furniture moved. One of the movers placed a desk on a dolly and stumbled getting out the door. The desk slid off the dolly and broke a side. The mover just looked at me with a look of Oops! He didn't speak English very well.

When the furniture was brought to it's final destination, the same mover picked up the same piece, and as he was setting it down he broke it even further. He holds 2 sides of the desk one in each hand, shrugs his shoulders and looks at me with an 'oh well' look.

This all could have been avoid if he had placed the desk on the dolly on the right side.
I will never use them again.
Ever wonder why there are no negative reviews, not even one? It's because if you try to get any compensation, they have in the fine print that they will sue you for damages up to $5000.
