We had some issues with heat pump. Person who visited was mr farhan, he is very well informed about issues at resolved at almost no time. I loved the service overall. Thank you for the great help.
Well it’s after 1 and I think we have been stood up again.
In June we had our first scheduled appointment for a free maintenance check which was good with both parties. We returned home early so that we could prepare our home for the technician and reschedule watching our newest grandson ( a couple of months old). When we checked our phone for messages there were no messages but there was a call from the LG office. We were surprised that there was no message so we called. When we spoke to Olivia we were told the technician was running late and could they reschedule. That happens and we agreed on July 5 and a better time for us because our grandson was coming to visit after 2. Our new time was 10-2. You probably know the rest.
No one had called and it was after 1.pm . Again I reached out to Olivia today and she answered right away and said she would reach out to the technician in Barrie and he would contact us directly. The gentleman did call me back but explained he is running late but would be at our home between 4-5. I said that was unacceptable and when he said he would talk to the office, I asked that he ask Olivia to call me.
I called LG and asked to speak to Olivia . My request was sent to voice mail where I asked that she call me please. She didnt call back but I rep did and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule for a third time. I said no and that if this is the type of servic ebeing offered I wont be connecting with LG ever again.
The only person to call us back with the poor technician, no one had called him back to let him know that all appointments had been cancelled and it’s now 2:15.

The biggest purchase mistake I've ever made in my life was buying from this company LG Home Comfort. It was a hasty decision that now I am suffering with and my biggest regret. They promised me 3 things as incentives to sign up with them and they did not follow through on any of their promises: a snowstand for the air conditioner, pay my closure fees to let me out of my previous contract with the previous company I was with, and a $1000 cashback cheque hand to me personally. All of these promises were also written down. I've contact them multiple times and it has been 3 months now! The management is uncooperative or doesn't even get back to me like they said they would. Several times they even have said "we will take care of it" and they still do nothing. This is incredibly ridiculous and unethical. Clearly they do not value their customers nor care about customer satisfaction. I am now considering taking legal action or filing a consumer report because they did not fulfill their end of the deal. Reliance Home Comfort was much more professional. At least with Reliance, you will never have to escalate things to management only to be ignored and not resolve anything at all. I realized this company is MORE EXPENSIVE than other companies because they are charging 20k for all 3 machines on a 20 year contract with interests!! So at the end of the amortization term, you actually pay more than 27k!!! They just pretend that they are cheaper because their amortization period is longer so they can lower the monthly payments, which is essentially deceptive!!! Meanwhile my friends bought all 3 machines for only 10k with the same 10 year warranty parts and labour from other providers!! If you need financing, you can easily find financial companies yourself or use a line of credit. There are other Home Comfort companies who charge half of what these guys charge for the same products and same warranty!! This company charges double of what the market value is!! Such greedy people. I was too busy to do my research before when I asked them if their prices are as competitive as other companies and they lied to me and said yes and I was deceived. To do this to a hardworking young woman who is the sole provider of her family is just wrong to me. Don't fall for their marketing tactics like I did! By the way, right after they installed the machines, they pressured us for a 5 star review before even providing anything and we did it for them, even though they didn't deserve it...no wonder why they have many good reviews because of kind people like us.
