The installation subcontractors were professional and did a great job, but unfortunately, my experience with LG Home Comfort has been extremely frustrating. They promised a rebate in the contract, but despite multiple attempts to contact them, both the manager and customer service have completely ignored my inquiries.

I have escalated the issue by filing complaints with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement and am now pursuing legal action through small claims court. However, LG Home Comfort has shown no concern or willingness to resolve the matter.

Be cautious – what they promise in writing is not guaranteed. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer concerns is deeply troubling.
