Lighthouse Property will not sufficiently vet the tenants they put into your property, nor will they take corrective actions after they've systematically broken most of the HOA rules, moved in their homeless friends, and alienated most of the neighbors. They will not conduct routine visits for a visual inspection of damage and repairs. On move-out, they will not compensate the owner for out-of-the-ordinary property damage, and will cut off communication when you ask them to. They will send their worst contractors to do mediocre repairs at premium cost, and will rapidly & regularly deduct from owner accounts as often as possible, whether justified or not. They will arrange a clean-out of detritus only when requested to do so, and will charge the owner for the least responsible effort. They will not return all relevant keys, but will happily keep all deposits for themselves without regard to the condition they leave the property in. Consigning your home to Lighthouse will be one of the worst business decisions you could possibly make.
