I am writing to formally address serious concerns regarding your company’s handling of my rental property. Your company placed a tenant, who has since been revealed to be an identity thief fraudulently assuming another individual's identity. Due to this negligence, I am now facing financial and legal consequences, including an upcoming trial where the defendant is considered "unknown."
As the entity responsible for tenant screening and placement, your company had a duty to properly vet and verify prospective tenants. The fact that a fraudulent individual was able to secure residency in my property demonstrates a severe failure in your screening process. Your negligence has left me with financial damages, legal burdens, and the responsibility of locating the actual perpetrator.
Additionally, your company has misrepresented the maintenance and management of my property. Specifically, you falsely claimed to have cut the grass, despite not actively managing the unit. These deceptive practices further highlight your mismanagement, dishonesty, and money-hungry approach to property management.
I am requesting the following actions be taken immediately:
Reimbursement for financial damages, including legal fees and any costs associated with the investigation and eviction process.
A formal acknowledgment of the false claims regarding property maintenance and a plan to rectify these deceptive practices.
