Competent and friendly. Job done well and they clean-up their mess.

Unfortunately, you're always on-the-clock. Their time includes transporrt to and from the worksite, time on the job as well as any time they have to assess what parts are required and time to drive out and pick them up. Be prepared to be charged $90 an hour plus a $30 truck surcharge. Don't make conversation or make coffee, unless you enjoy paying for the privilage as it's all billable time!
