I needed a key made for my truck so II called Michael up and explained to him that my f350 had a replaced ignition and that he could not run a code to make a jkey he said send me a picture of your console ehich I did and he said he could do it ,we agreed on a price and he and his worker spent 3 hours trying to make a key in the process Michael broke my steering lock before finally giving up I gave him and his worker a hundred dollars and a gift of penetrating oil because I felt sorry for the fact that they couldn’t do the jobhis negligence caused me to have to pay a mechanic $560 to remove column and take pieces out and I also now have to repair my steering lock I confronted him ,he believed me when I said he broke it and said that all he could pay was $200. and it was non negotiable. This man is the owner and he did not take responsibility for his negligence Beware of this company
