This is my usual location for oil changes. I took a coupon with me. Sin29E is the person I was dealing with. He looks at my coupon and says yes that is $25 off. Perfect. After everything is completed, he tells me what I owe and I could see in plain sight that he did not apply the coupon. I asked him if he took off the $25? He says oh it's only $10, I said you just told me it was $25 and you didn't apply it? WTF? He says ok, give me the code. So he applies it and it is $25 off. I am so sick and tired of a business who hires people who do not care at all about the people they are supposed to be helping. And then the business has the nerve to say how they are different. Right.....just a bunch of liars. The service at this location has been going down hill for a couple years now, this was the last time I go and spend my money there. I refuse to deal with liars.
