Today I am driving through the parking lot to get to another business in this industrial area. A female employee from Lusso is beeping and flagging us down through the parking lot so I stop to see what is going on. She was rude, arrogant, pompous and outright degrading towards me and my teenage son. Asking us to leave the parking lot and "not drive around her expensive cars". It was mind blowing. She looks at my son and says, "good luck, hope you don't ever have to pay for a car like this". She was so classless and unbelievable. No tact whatsoever. Somewhere in her brain she felt so entitled to instruct us on how to drive and where we can drive. She didn't want us near her vehicles (somewhere in her pea brain I suppose she though we we're going to go four wheeling around her vehicles on the way to the framing store). We were merely driving normally through a parking lot and heading over to the frame store which is across the parking lot. What a whack job. I work with executives, celebrities, business owners and people of high profile and people of all walks of life...wow, this woman is psychotic. Chasing people down in a parking lot and harassing them. I would never refer anyone to your establishment nor would I ever do business with a place that keeps employees this unstable. If the crazy woman is that concerned about her vehicles, don't have your establishment in an industrial district and invest in your own building that can house your vehicles better. Stop harassing the public when you're in a commercial space with other businesses close by. This is not how you do business nor is it how you keep a good reputation, especially in this city.
