God awful experience I left there in tears. I sat in Melissa’s chair for 20 minutes while she ran her fingers through my hair and told me that she refused to do what I wanted. Didn’t offer any suggestions to do anything else. I wanted highlights and a hair cut. Even refused to do the hair cut and when I asked her if she wanted me to leave she asked me to leave her salon. It made me feel less than and I’ve never felt that way by someone. She belittled me and laughed in my face. I’ve never felt so much disgust by someone that I don’t even know. I don’t know anyone that would treat someone the way she treated me. I will not be back. She needs to be trained on how to treat human beings. People don’t go around tearing down other people and call that customer service. Certainly my hair was damaged it had a perm to it and some dye but she could at least offer to cut it. Didn’t even get that option
